Pacific Southwest Region
Spring Forum 2025 Information
We are excited to host you at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort! Hotel guests are invited to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, including: complimentary evening reception and made-to-order breakfast, heated outdoor pool, onsite dining, tennis courts, beach cruiser bikes, and resort shuttle within 3 mile radius.

We encourage all attendees to wear business casual. The exception is the NAWIC Boots and Bling Reception and Banquet. Recommended attire at the Reception is formal or ‘western’ themed! Lunches will be outside in the garden, but session rooms can get a bit chilly, so we recommend wearing layers and bringing a sweater. There will be lots of walking so make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
If this is your first time at a NAWIC Pacific Southwest Region forum, make sure to attend orientation on Friday, April 25th from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. This will give you an overview of what to expect throughout the conference, and an opportunity to meet other attendees joining us for the first time!
After a day of empowering and informational speakers, join us Friday evening for our welcome reception! And if you don’t have aYn hat for the Boots and Bling Banquet, we’ve got you covered! Charlie Maree Co. will be providing a custom cowgirl brim bar featuring select cowgirl hats and accessories to personalize your brim! Also available will be customer favorites ready to purchase, including: signature patched trucker hats, vintage embroidered hats, and western accessories. The hat cost includes everything on the hat bar, cowgirl hats range from $125-165. Premade trucker hats and other accessories vary, from $35 and up.
Throughout the conference, take the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall and engage with our exhibitors! Located in the Paloma Foyer just outside the ballroom, don’t miss your chance to make new connections and learn about the sponsors supporting us from across the Pacific Southwest! Exhibitors include:
