It will also identify those who are entitled to file a mechanics lien on a California private works project. It will also review in detail how to fill out and serve the California Preliminary Notice, will identify the deadlines and methods for serving the preliminary notice and serving and recording the mechanics lien, and how to us the statutory lien release forms.
