Guest speaker is Cheryl McBride who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah County. Cheryl will talk to us on Mental Health Awareness / Life’s Coping Skills. We are hoping this will be more of a discussion with questions and concerns from us. She will address such topics as depression, anxiety, trauma, mental health challenges, and suicide.
