Her Story speaker, Dale Sakamoto Yoneda is the President of S & M Sakamoto, a longstanding local construction firm providing pre-construction, design and general contracting services.

Dale received her degree in Business Administration – Marketing at the University of Hawaii in 1986 and has spent 36 years in the industry, 29 of them with S & M Sakamoto.

Dale is instrumental in many industry associations including serving as President of GCA Hawaii and on the committees for the State of Hawaii DOE, the University of Hawaii, Hawaii Construction Career Days, the Carpenters Apprenticeship & Training Trust Fund and Market Recovery, the Mason’s Joint Apprenticeship & Training, and the Mason’s Pension & Annuity and Stabilization Fund.
