HerStory featuring Kim Lord, Principal of Wailua Partners

Kim Lord has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and is the Principal of Wailua   Partners, a privately owned, diversified commercial real estate company focused on advising investor clients.

Prior to founding Wailua Partners, Kim spent 21 years with CBRE—the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm—where Kim expanded regional property management operations and implemented wellness features, including the RISE Café.

Kim has a Masters of Business Administration from Chaminade University. She is active in many mentorship programs, speaking engagements, and professional and community organizations,  including the Honolulu Chapter of Lambda Alpha International and the Chamber of  Commerce of Hawaii.
